Join us for Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training from September 26 to October 10, 2010, part one of the 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training amidst Boracay Island's tropical paradise backdrop. The 100-hour, 2-week course makes attending the teacher training manageable for students who cannot take an entire month off of work. The second part of the course will be held between 13-25 of February.
The training will touch on yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, anatomy, and chanting. The daily asana practiced is grounded in the Ashtanga tradition.
Leading the teacher training, is Clayton Horton who is a student of the Greensufi and the late Pattabhi Jois of KPJAYI. Co-teacher, Mo-Ching Yip is the head instructor at Boracay Yoga teaching Iyengar, Sivananda and Hatha, all of which are reviewed in the training.
