Sample Fitness Program for Beginners
In this 30-minute workout video, Lalah presents a case of a 50-year old female who is just starting a fitness regimen. She weighs 214 lbs. and stands 5 feet and 7 inches tall. She has a Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) of 2,100.96 cal/day, and a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 33.59, classifying her with Grade 1 Obesity.
Based on her Fitness Test results, her training goals include weight loss, weight management, and strength gain. To achieve these, Lalah designed a periodized training program that aims to develop her cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
