Core training can be defined as "any training focused at the central (trunk) region of the body, which includes the abdominal, hips, and back." Others refer to it as "the centralized or fundamental movement patterns from which all other movement patterns are derived."

Those Fabulous Abs

What is it about abs, anyway? Of course there’s the obvious appeal of a flat midsection. But what I can’t figure out is why all the confusion.
